THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH AND NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH!

I try to always live by the truth.

Honest is a word which I hope really personifies who I am as a person and as a woman.

It always amazes me how people can live their lives telling so many lies to cover up the truth.

Some people get away with the worst of crimes or wrong doings because they compulsively lie about their involvement.

Some people continually lie to cover up other lies they have told.

But in the end the truth is always revealed in some way.

It is eventually revealed by the person who actually told the lies, as they will at some stage show the world their true colours, perhaps un-intenionally.

The truth may also be revealed by situations, or incidents which may occur after the lies have been told by the liar.

Or the truth is revealed by other people who know that a lie has been told.

Having said this, we must remember that lies are told by humans, mere mortals.

So do we need to be somewhat leanient when it comes to "white" lies?

Perhaps, as "white lies" might just be told with all good intention.

We are perhaps all guilty of telling "white lies" with good intentions, but we should be mindful, that white lies could lead to bigger true lies.

White lies may be somewhat questionable.

But I do believe those people who completely fabricate stories to hide from the bad things they have done in their lives or who lie to hurt others or escape consequence, need to be exposed and so does THE TRUTH.

In my next blog I might just expose.

Let the TRUTH be told.

"The Sydney R & B & Soul Music Scene"

Rhythm & Blues, Soul, Neo Soul, Funk, Hip Hop, Reggae & anything URBAN!

Promoters, DJ's, MC's, Event Managers, Venue owners, The People and ANYONE who loves the music!

We all love the music. We are all passionate about performing the music. We are all passionate about entertaining a crowd through the music. We all love dancing to the music. We are all passionate about creating and attending events where we can hear the music.

Why then can't we then work together to ensure the music is continually out there on rotation?

Why do people hate on eachother if similar concepts or ideas are used to deliver the music?
Why can't we simply love the fact that the music is being delivered?

Is it not flattering for people to mirror the things you do? Doesn't this mean you have created something admirable? Shouldn't you be proud of yourself rather than hate someone else.

Why can't we support eachother?

Take one moment to imagine how different the industry would be if we all collaborated and worked together to deliver the music.

It is my goal to create peace and harmony amongst all of the people who influence the Sydney R & B & Soul & Hip Hop music, scene.

How I plan to do this starts with me, personally supporting you all. Each and everyone of you. I will attend your events, I'll come to your shows, I'll help you market and promote, I'll help you get sponsorships, I'll listen to and buy your music. I'll create events that deliver the music. I'll book you as an artist, as a DJ or an MC, I'll give you advice. I'll dance with you.

Call me if you need me! Anytime! :)

For the love of the music and peace and harmony.

Spread the love
